For poor sleepers who track their nights
Your nights tell part of the story. Your records tell the rest.
Nocturne puts your wearable's sleep readings next to your medical records, so you can ask what changed in your health around the time your sleep did, and bring both to your doctor.
7-day free trial, then $9 a month. Cancel anytime.
Nocturne is made by Triangle. You'll create your account at trianglehealth.com.
Your nights and your records have never met.
Your watch or ring scores every night. It doesn't know you started a new medication in March, that a thyroid result came back low, or what your sleep study said three years ago.
Your doctor has the records but has never seen the nights. So you carry both, and the questions tend to arrive at three in the morning.
Ask what changed around the time your sleep did
Your ring shows the pattern. Your records hold what was happening in your health at the time. Nocturne lets you ask about both, so the next appointment starts with something to look at.
Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.
From your ring: times awake per night, averaged by week
My ring says I've been waking up much more since spring. Did anything change in my records around then?
A few things in your records fall in that window:
- A new prescription for prednisone, first filled on March 14.
- A TSH result of 0.2 mIU/L on April 2, which the lab marked low.
- A note from your April 9 visit that changes your levothyroxine dose.
I can't tell you what's behind the waking. These are worth raising with your doctor, along with your sleep readings.
Remind me the morning of my appointment on the 21st.
Done. I'll remind you on the 21st at 8am.

How it works
Three quiet steps
What setting up asks of you, in order.
-
Start your trial
Start your 7-day free trial and say the profile is for you. Tell Nocturne where you live and choose to connect your records.
-
Verify, consent, meet a clinician
Confirm your identity, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician, who signs your records request with you.
-
Your nights, beside your records
Triangle requests your records through the national health-record networks. Connect your Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop or other device, upload anything else, like an old sleep study, then ask.
What you get
The evidence, kept together
All of it comes with one membership, which starts with a 7-day free trial and works with the records and readings you already have.
Sleep readings beside your records
Your wearable's readings sit next to your medical history, instead of in an app that knows nothing else about you.
Your sleep study, in plain language
If a past sleep study is in your records, or you upload one, Nocturne explains what the report says.
What started when
Medications listed from your records, including pharmacy fill data when the records contain it, so a new prescription is easy to place in time.
Lab results over time
Thyroid, iron and other results become structured results you can follow over time, with plain-language explanations.
A chat that knows your history
Ask questions and get answers from your own records. A second check reviews answers against the evidence before you rely on them.
Shared when you choose
Share your profile with a doctor or a family member, and decide who can see it.
Nocturne isn't a sleep program or a coach. It keeps the evidence together so you and your doctor can look at it properly.

Questions
Honest answers
What does it cost?
Nocturne starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After the trial it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. The membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics through the national networks and keeping them updated, chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have.
Is Nocturne a sleep program or a coach?
No. It doesn't give you a plan, track habits or coach your sleep. It keeps your sleep readings and medical records together and helps you understand them.
Can it tell me if I have sleep apnea or insomnia?
No. Triangle does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team. If your records include a sleep study, Nocturne can explain what the report says and help you prepare questions for your doctor.
Which devices and sleep readings come in?
Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop, Withings, Polar and Samsung Health, among others. For each night, Triangle keeps the totals your device reports, such as hours asleep, time in deep, light and REM sleep, time awake and how many times you woke. It doesn't keep the minute-by-minute stage chart.
Will records from all my doctors come through?
Triangle requests your records through the national health-record networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Not every practice or sleep clinic can be reached that way. Whatever doesn't come through, you can upload: PDFs, photos of paper records, discs and faxes.
What does setup ask of me?
After you start your trial, you confirm your details and verify your identity, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician. Then Triangle requests your records, and you connect your device and upload anything else you have.
Who is behind Nocturne, and who sees my data?
Nocturne is made by Triangle, a personal health memory and research assistant, and your account is a Triangle account under Triangle's privacy policy and terms. Only you and the people you choose can see your profile. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Bring the whole picture to your next appointment.
